MARK Arhitekti is a Latvia based architectural practice founded in Riga in 2006. Currently employing more than 20 specialists with different areas of expertise, from creative and technical architects to designers and BIM managers. The leading architects of the team have over 20 years of professional experience in the field.
MARK Arhitekti has developed more than 120 projects of different scales and programs, from residential, office and public buildings, to private houses and interior projects.
Many of these designs are completed or in the construction stage. Mark Arhitekti has participated in several local and international architecture competitions, which has granted the firm considerable recognition and success.
MARK Arhitekti is interested in building for the future. During the project development stage, special attention is directed towards evaluating sustainable building solutions, offering the clients a design methodology that can achieve BREEAM standards.
In order to keep up with the building industry highest efficiency standards, Mark Arhitekti provides BIM-oriented design processes using Autodesk Revit software. Furthermore, Mark Arhitekti is a member of “BUVID”, the Latvian professional association that seeks to promote BIM solutions into the construction industry.
